Forest Whales is a miniature painting inspired by Adrianne's whimsy. Loving both the forest and whales, she saw no reason not to put them together. Though originally a very small piece, it has become a favorite amongst fans, and is now printed a little larger than its original size.
In a way, this painting is a combination of symbols that belong to Adrianne's youth in northern Washington state. The grey rainy forests, and the coastal whales. It's a familiar world that has perhaps emerged from her childhood.
All artwork is © Adrianne Tamar Arachne. Please note that Adrianne retains the copyright to all her works. Commercial duplication of Adrianne Tamar Arachne’s art must be licensed by Adrianne in a formal licensing agreement.
