Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with adriannetamararachne.com. We work with Lumaprints to produce and fulfill many of our products. Because many items are made to order, shipping includes both production time and carrier transit time. Lumaprints says its standard production time is generally 3 business days, with some guidance also describing a typical 2–3 business day production window before shipment.

Order Processing

Most orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because our products are often custom made or printed on demand, please allow time for printing, finishing, inspection, and packing before shipment. Lumaprints describes production as including printing, stretching or mounting, inspection, and packing, and notes standard production is typically around 2–3 business days or 3 business days depending on product and workflow.

For certain canvas products, Lumaprints also states items may be ready to ship in approximately 48–72 hours, not including transit time.

Shipping Time

After production is complete, delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method selected. Lumaprints states that once a print is ready to ship, transit time is based on the customer’s location. It also describes standard/ground transit as commonly falling in the 1–7 day range, and in another shipping page notes 2–5 business days with FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground/Home for certain orders.

For many domestic orders, a typical total delivery window is about 3–10 days from order to doorstep, though some orders may arrive sooner or later depending on distance, product type, season, and carrier conditions.

Expedited Orders

Expedited production and shipping may be available on certain products. Lumaprints states it offers Same Day Production, Next Day Production, and Expedited Shipping for eligible orders.

Lumaprints also states its expedited production cut-off is 9:00 AM PST, and orders placed after that time are processed the following business day.

Large or Special Orders

Larger orders, oversized items, freight shipments, or special modifications may require additional time. Lumaprints says large orders can take longer than the standard timeline, and oversized canvas products above certain dimensions may require freight arrangements instead of normal carrier shipping.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship through UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the product, package size, shipping method, and destination. Lumaprints lists UPS, USPS, and FedEx among its shipping options.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. We recommend monitoring the tracking link for the most current delivery updates.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipment fees may apply.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs processing, remote delivery locations, or other factors outside our control. Lumaprints notes that shipping time depends on the courier and destination after the order is handed off for shipment.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by product and destination. Lumaprints directs customers to contact them for international shipping times, which suggests transit timing can vary significantly by destination.

If you offer international shipping, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other destination-country fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@adriannetamararachne.com within [7] days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.
