Return & Refund Policy
At adriannetamararachne.com, each order is made specifically for you through our print fulfillment partner, Lumaprints. Because many of our products are custom made-to-order, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than a standard retail store.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet entered production/printing. Lumaprints states orders can be canceled as long as they have not been printed yet.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@adriannetamararachne.com with your order number.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@adriannetamararachne.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Lumaprints publicly states that defects in canvas products are covered with a replacement or refund under its quality/workmanship guarantee.
Returns for Non-Defective Items
Because our products are often made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering mistakes, or preference-based issues, including:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong product or variant
- Entering the wrong shipping address
- Changes of mind after production begins
- Dissatisfaction caused by low-resolution or low-quality artwork/files provided for printing
Lumaprints notes that quality guarantees do not cover dissatisfaction caused by low-resolution images submitted for print.
Color, Cropping, and Print Variations
Please note that slight differences in color, brightness, contrast, texture, or crop may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, and material surfaces. These minor variations are not considered defects.
Custom and Personalized Products
All custom, personalized, or print-on-demand items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved for a non-defective item as an exception, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Lumaprints states that for non-defective canvas returns, the return shipment cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
Shipping Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
If a package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will help review the issue with the carrier.
How to Start a Claim
To request help with an order, email info@adriannetamararachne.com with:
- Full name
- Order number
- Photos, if applicable
- Brief explanation of the issue
We aim to review claims within 2–5 business days.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
